We are a globally active company with engineering offices in Kirchheim/Teck near Stuttgart in Germany and in Zurich, Switzerland.

With a passion for technology and process optimization, we want to make flight operations more efficient and safer while increasing environmental sustainability. In order to turn this vision into reality, our corporate claim is not only to provide design and project management services, but also to offer future-oriented and individual advice and consultancy support to our clients.

Management

Schulze Consulting Engineers for Airports was founded in 1996 by Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Andreas Schulze and has since developed into a strongly positioned, medium-sized company.

With Sebastian Maier and Gerald Panhoelzl, the management team has meanwhile been expanded to include two more specialists who, with many years of experience and a shared vision, set the direction for the company. Together they develop the corporate culture and stand for sustainability and innovation in the global implementation of projects.

Flat and flexible structures as well as personal responsibility of all team members form the organizational foundation. Short decision-making processes, open communication and fairness characterize our dealings. Transforming jointly the impossible to the possible - that is what we stand for and what are known for over the last 25 years.

Team

The Schulze team consists of highly motivated engineers and technical staff, all with many years of extensive experience in consulting and designing for civil and military airports.

Future-oriented and quality-conscious, we implement projects in all regions of the world. The team is always the basis and the focus is on joint success.

Offices and locations

The headquarters of Schulze Consulting Engineers for Airports is located not far from Stuttgart Airport, conveniently situated on the motorway in Kirchheim / Teck. The office in Zurich is located directly at the airport in the Operation Center 1.
