
Gerald Panhoelzl
Gerald Panhoelzl joined the engineering firm A. Schulze Consulting Engineers for Airports in 2021 to manage and expand and internationalize the Swiss branch in Zurich. During his career, Gerald was able to gain solid knowledge in different segments of aviation and electrical engineering.
After graduating from a HTBL, he started his professional career as an electrical engineer in various power plants. He then founded a new branch for an established engineering company in Germany and was able to expand his skills towards management. During this time, he obtained his commercial pilot license and gained an additional perspective on aviation engineering.
In 2003, he completed an international aviation MBA and published his master's thesis on airport networks as a book. His further career steps led him to ICAO, as a consultant for technical airport topics and to 2 major corporations as global head of business development in the area of airport technology. With his wealth of experience, Gerald is well equipped to successfully lead the Swiss branch of Schulze Int. Consulting Engineers for Airports GmbH into the future.
