In the course of the renovation of runway 06/24, the existing lighting systems, such as runway centerline, runway edge, threshold and end lighting, as well as the lighting of the touchdown zone for both landing directions LR 06 and LR 24, were also renewed with LED technology.

Merging of the existing transformer stations / lighting stations XIII, XIV and XV into a new station
New transformer station / lighting station with MV/LV switchgear, transformers 1000 KVA, AGL Power Supply, incl. IT room
Construction of network cabinets and new cable connections to the Tower, Station XIII, Station XIV and XV
Relocation of all supply cables (FLYCY) for the lighting circuits with adaptation of the infrastructure

Expansion and conversion of the lighting control system (AGL-CMS) during ongoing 24-hour operation with the establishment of a continuous system structure
Installation of additional control cabinets in station XX with integration into the existing fiber-optic ring
